• Reporting to the Group Vice-CEO in a cross functional role

• Accountable for defining and implementing the Cross Border and International (export & import) transformation and strategy across the PostNord countries

• Defined specific market potential and -ambitions, customer segments, CX & Journey, sales channels, network governance and operational constraints, and set the program to address the needed improvement areas, collaborating with 100+ subject matter experts

• Defined and oversaw the plan to increase the cross border and international share of PostNord from 35% to 55%.

Head of Worldwide Connect, Copenhagen

• Reporting to the Group Vice-CEO

• Launched and lead a dedicated import team with a sales target to add 60 mill shipments (2/3 of this achieved in 2024)

• Responsible for sales channels and -partners beyond the Nordics

• Added more than SEK 300 mill revenue in the first 9 months of operating
