• Part of senior leadership team growing the registered customer base from 3,500 users to 31,000+, hitting an ARR of more than $200m in 12 months

• Accountable for new market entry, including definition of Minimum Viable Products

• Digital, automated marketing for both lead generation and enrichment, customer acquisition (across customer journey) and customer adoption (once signed up)

• Customer engagement to determine and validate specific needs and requirements to transact

• Supplier engagement to ensure needed cover across trades, carriers, services, equipment, etc.

• Channel partner engagement as part of Customer Acquisition and -Adoption.
